1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of our mobile applications ("Apps") or websites ("Websites"), collectively the "Services", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. You confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Free Trial and Subscriptions (if applicable)
Some of our Services may offer free trials for premium features. Upon expiration, access requires a paid subscription. Pricing is presented within the respective Service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your App Store, Google Play, or relevant account settings. All sales are final, and refunds are subject to the respective store policies.
4. Advertising
Our Services may display advertisements, including personalized ads served by third-party partners based on aggregated, non-personally identifiable data. You understand and agree that the display of advertising is a necessary component of the Service for certain Apps or Websites.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KAMIL BOBROWSKI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KAMIL BOBROWSKI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING ACCESS TO YOUR CLOUD ACCOUNTS AND BACKING UP DATA.
11. Export Restrictions
You may not use or export our Services except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service was obtained. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in an embargoed country or on any restricted parties list.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kamil Bobrowski and its affiliates or licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App or ceasing use of the Website.
15. Right to Withdraw (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us at kamil.bobrowski.dev@gmail.com. Note that for subscriptions purchased through an App Store, withdrawal and refund policies are governed by that store's terms.

17. Miscellaneous
